Significant contribution in organizing the internal company structure and the processes of the successful start-up Intelliact AG, a spin-off company from the mechanical-engineering department of ETH Zurich. Responsible of financial accounting and the interface to the management

 

1997 – 2001

Assistance in the realization of projects concerning technology transfer into the private sector at ETH Zurich, Department of Research and Economics. Responsible for contacts with the spin-offs, preparation of co-operation agreements and participation in the preparation of financing plans
