Nik Bamert has 25 years of experience in financial leadership, controlling, and corporate audit, having worked for organisations such as Credit Suisse, Omya, ENGIE, and Aargauische Gebäudeversicherung. He is a certified public accountant with in-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting and the management of complex financial organisations.

 

He serves as the chairman of our board of directors and leads our audit committee, which is responsible for risk management at the board level. As a non-operational member, he ensures an independent, top-down risk perspective within the board.
